The Zilnicki Anti-Suppression Squares (or ZAS Squares) was designed by Dr. Miki Lyn Zilnicki, O.D., FCOVD.

The product was designed to serve as an anti-suppression distance target to use in activities for any age or type of patient. These cards were designed to allow the therapist or doctor to create their own activities as well!

The cards now feature rounded corners. They are printed on durable, washable vinyl and feature a matte finish for improved cancellation. Font size is larger at 72pt.

*Note: Viewing pictures with red/green glasses on our website is not an accurate representation of what the colors look like in person. These cards feature no ghosting.

Designed for use across all stages of vision therapy, the Red/Green Anti-Suppression Card Set offers a flexible solution for engaging binocular vision, improving eye movements, and supporting anti-suppression training. Ideal for both clinic and home use, this set can be adapted for a variety of exercises targeting vergence facility, saccades, pursuits, accommodation, and visual field awareness.

Use the cards for structured activities like distance vergence facility training, visual-motor integration drills, near-far accommodative rock, and exploratory saccadic therapy for field loss. The set supports progression through added challenges such as prism flippers, metronome pacing, balance boards, head turns, and flashlight use to stimulate the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) and enhance visual efficiency.

A must-have resource for optometrists, vision therapists, and rehabilitation professionals focused on functional visual development and recovery.

Each Set Includes:

  • 26 two-sided vinyl squares (2" x 2"), with letters A-Z on one side and numbers 1-26 on the other, printed in large, easy-to-read 72pt font.
  • Red/Green Glasses for anti-suppression activities
  • → Instruction Manual with setup guidance and therapy activity ideas
