Shipping & Handling Charges for Orders shipping inside the Continental US
- $10.95 for orders $0.01-$99.99
- $12.95 for orders $100.00-$199.99
- $14.95 for orders $200.00-$299.99
- $19.95 for orders $300.00-$499.99
- $24.95 for orders $500.00-$749.99

Terms and Conditions of Sales Inside the U.S. and Internationally
Unless specified when placing an order, at our discretion we will ship UPS, FedEx or USPS. For shipments with final destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories, carrier shipping rates will apply and will be sent with a Pro Forma for your order. Shipments that total 50lbs or more will be charged actual freight. Any Oversize or overweight parcels not deliverable by UPS or Parcel Post are shipped using the most convenient carrier servicing your area.
Bernell will accommodate requests for the use of a third-party shipping company to pick up orders at our location. However, a $2.50 packing and handling fee will be charged to the order if shipped on a third-party carrier account. For international customers, there will be a $5.00 per box handling fee assessed when using a third-party shipping company to ship outside the USA.
Orders shipping internationally will be charged actual freight. A confirmation E-mail will be sent following an order containing the shipping methods and shipping cost information for your order. Note: your order will NOT be charged to your credit card until you approve the shipping method and costs.
*Note: For customer orders shipping to outside of the USA, Mexico, or Canada, the minimum order value of merchandise is $250. If your order is less than this amount, we will be unable to process and will refer you to a distributor in your country or region. For orders shipping to Mexico or Canada that contain less than $50 in merchandise, a $7.50 minimum EHC fee will be assessed to cover additional administrative and handling costs associated with the order. Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@bernell.com with any questions. If the order is for over $50 in merchandise, then the order will be charged the regular EHC based on a percentage of the order amount.
Priority Shipments or Special Handling Options
Orders shipped via express service will be charged UPS shipping rates, plus a priority handling fee of $20. All orders must be received and confirmed by 1pm EST in order to meet the required time frames. These ordering options are not available by web, so please call our Customer Service Team at 574-259-2070 to place your order.
