The Bernell FBAT™ is a portable anaglyph tool designed for convenient binocular assessment with various clinic populations. It's ideal for assessing binocularity with older infants, toddlers, and non-verbal patients who can demonstrate stereopsis and localization by reaching for the stereoscopic figures on the page. The test targets range from basic simultaneous perception to more sophisticated stereopsis, with varying sizes, fusion locks, and reference targets to categorize binocular aspects of strabismic performance. Developed in cooperation with Dr. Gregory Kitchener and Dr. Paul Harris, the test booklet is conveniently printed with descriptions, instructions, expected responses, and suggestions facing the examiner while the patient views the corresponding test plate. This informative and easy-to-use tool is a valuable addition to any practice, especially when working with children, or non-verbal patients

The product includes 12 test plates in booklet form with instructions, two pairs of Red/Green Glasses (Adult and Child versions), and two red pointers.

The test booklets are conveniently printed so that the descriptions, instructions, expected responses, and suggestions face the examiner while the patient is viewing the corresponding test plate. This easy, yet informative, test booklet is a great addition to every practice especially when assessing children, or non-verbal patients, to determine their binocular skills.

The product includes 12 rigid vinyl test plates assembled in a booklet form with instructions, two pairs of Red/Green Glasses (Adult and Child versions), and two red pointers. Each test plate is printed on rigid, 8.5" x 11" vinyl sheets for maximum performance with the Bernell Red/Green filter glasses as well as durability to withstand repeated testing.
