Cleaning Instructions:
Using warm water with soap, thoroughly wash away any debris. It is recommended to use a lint-free cloth with alcohol, or another disinfecting wipe, to sterilize the plastic between uses. In order to avoid scratching the plastic, please do not use any abrasive cleaning products, such as brushes.
Installation Instructions:
To install the Slit Lamp Breath Shield onto a standard slit lamp, begin by removing the plastic protective film on both sides of the device. Next, bring the oculars together as much as necessary to ensure the breath shield can be slit over both of the eyepieces. This may require removing rubberized sleeves on the oculars. Then, place the openings in the breath shield over each ocular. Once the breath shield is in place the oculars may be adjusted back to their original position or as needed for use.
