This fixation cube was designed to hold the attention of pediatric patients. The cube is directly printed on four sides with colorful, fun and engaging targets each with multiple characteristics on which to have patients fixate. The white cube sits on top of a rigid acrylic rod that is off-white to promote attention toward the cube instead of the color of the rod. An additional feature of the cube is a quick basic acuity check located on the top side of the cube. This features a Landolt C calibrated for 20/200 and a 20/40 Snellen E inside it both of which are calibrated at 16"/40cm.

The cube faces are: Waving Bee, Penguin with Fish, Happy Monster, Raccoon with Watermelon and on the top of the cube, a Landolt C with Snellen E.
