This test is designed for amblyopia screening and testing children who have difficulties when tested with the standard near vision card. The background is gray with the exception of a white rectangle spaced at 100% surrounding each line of symbols.

Line sizes from 20/400 to 20/16 (6/120 to 6/4.8) equivalent, 0.05 to 1.25. Printed on two sides. Response key is printed on the test card. Includes training cards and instructions. Screener measures 8" x 10" (20.3 cm x 25.4 cm).
