These redesigned and re-engineered frames are metal-free, making them safe and comfortable for both children and adults to wear. You can even sleep in them without risking injury or damaging the frames! The frames have an anatomically designed bridge that eliminates the need for nose pads and comes with an elastic band for added security, which is especially handy for kids on the move!

Bernell Return Policy - Flex Frames

At Bernell, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Flex Frame products. If you need to return an optical frame that includes lens blanks, please follow the return policy outlined below:

The frame must be returned with the original lens blanks in place to be considered resellable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Bernell to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Returns will be fully credited if:
1. There is a manufacturer's defect, such as peeling or color fading.
2. The returned item can be placed back into inventory in the same condition you received it.
Exchanges can be made for any frame of the same value, provided that the frame is in mint condition. We will carefully inspect the returned frame upon receipt. Please note that chewed frames or any other signs of abuse will not be accepted for exchange.
