LEA Symbols
LEA SYMBOLS® fixation cube with white handle has a center LEA SYMBOLS® optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer LEA SYMBOLS® optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm) on top of cube. The LEA SYMBOLS® optotypes on side of cube are calibrated to 20/125 (6/38) equivalent.

HOTV
HOTV fixation cube with black handle has a center HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm) on top of cube. The HOTV optotypes on side of cube are calibrated to 20/125 (6/38) equivalent.

Each Fixation Cubes measure 6" (15.24cm) in length.
