    Important Compatibility Notice from the Supplier: The Assess Balance Software is compatible only with Windows computers using Intel or AMD processors. It is not compatible with Snapdragon processors, which were introduced to some Windows devices (such as Microsoft Surface models) in 2024.

    Snapdragon processors, made by Qualcomm, use a different architecture (ARM/RISC) than the traditional Intel and AMD processors (x86/CISC) that our software engine is designed to run on. For best performance and full compatibility, please ensure your Windows computer uses an Intel or AMD processor.

    Processor type is typically listed clearly in the product specifications, whether shopping online or in-store. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact Bernell before purchasing a new computer and provide the information on the computer so that it may be reviewed for compatibility.
