The Eidolon BLUMINATOR® Ophthalmic Illuminator's revolutionizes examinations of the cornea. Its lens provides an unobscured 7.5x (28D) image, while an LED produces an intense, spectrally pure beam of light, that facilitates the detection of causes foreign bodies, abrasions, and other epithelial defects. It exists in white and blue. The blue version was optimized to create the most vividly fluorescence to detect dry eye corneal abrasions and foreign bodies during fluorescein examinations .

Ergonomic, battery-powered, and durable, the BLUMINATOR® is suited to all examination venues, including office, hospital, emergency department, and missions. It is an indispensable addition to the medical toolkit.
