The test's school bus size, at approximately 14 inches, adheres to the criteria established in the Orinda study for vertical and horizontal phorias. Paired with the included Maddox rod and penlight, the child simply indicates whether the line touches the bus or appears outside the bus. This user-friendly and efficient test is an excellent addition to your optometry toolkit for effectively screening young patients.
