Near and Distance Phoria Test come as two options:
- Phoria Cards for Near and Far with LED Light
- • Includes LED penlight (LED100). Light is push on/off. Can change battery without removing from card.
- • Has a robust penlight adapter with diffuser
- • Penlight adapter has set screw to lock penlight in place. This allows you to hold unit by the light itself.
- Phoria Cards for Near and Far without LED Light
- • Does not include penlight.
- • Has slim penlight adapter without a diffuser.
- • Penlight adapter does not have a set screw.
