International Sales Bernell is happy to sell directly to you, but you may prefer to use one of our overseas distributors. There is an export handling fee added to the actual shipping charges when ordered directly. You are responsible for any import duties. Our foreign distributors have already paid the duties and shipping. They keep many of our products in stock. 
When placing an direct foreign order, please email us to tell us which is your preferred method of shipment and we will email you a quote of the total price of your products including shipping and handling. You will be responsible for any customs fees, etc.  My son, Jason, is a 1st year fellow at Harvard in Infectious Diseases. While getting his medical degree at Yale, he took a year off and started a non-profit foundation to help bring the first medical care for 250,000 people in Western Nepal. These people have no doctor and an annual average income below $150/year. The country built a small hospital 20 years ago that was never opened because no doctor ever came.Jason has started a 501c (3) non-profit called Nyaya Health which is running a clinic in Achham, Nepal. Starting April 6, 2008, the clinic has a doctor and a small staff of help. You can read about an average day in this clinic without running water in the distant mountains of Nepal at: www.nyayahealth.org or see a video clip of the people in this area. Please take the time to read about the plight of these people and consider a small donation to help fellow medical personnel bring some equality in medical care. 100% of the donations go to direct medical care---there is no overhead expenses paid from donations. Note all prices are wholesale to doctors; schools; hospitals; government. Prices to the public are required to be 50% additional. Also note that prescription pharmaceuticals may only be shipped to licensed doctors at their offices or hospitals. Effective March 1st, 2008, there will be $35 minimum order on all prescription pharmaceuticals. Bernell does not fill prescriptions for individuals.
