The chart shows 3D depth, without the need for prism, by using lenticular images. This chart shows one large normal eye at the top.

The lenticluar images showcase 8 common eye disorders including: glaucoma, conjuctivitis, corneal ulcers, macula degeneration, cataract diabetic retinopathy, blepharitis, and retinal tear and detachment.

Size: 21" x 29", in 3D plastic, with a hole at the top for easy hanging.
