Bernell Video VT System™

This new vision therapy concept utilizes 3-D video technology to do base-in and base-out therapy. Inexpensive enough for either in office or home therapy. True 3-D videos of interesting moving object are played split screen on a common portable DVD player (not included). They are then view through either a hand held prism viewer, a stationary viewer with an occluder, or may even be fused in free space.

The video segments are broken in several levels of difficulty, from 16 base out to 12 base in on the first of a series of DVD's. During the playing of each segment (or chapter), the target will automatically change demand. For instance in one segment the target vary from ortho to 4 BO, starting at the ortho point and gradually moving to 4BO and back several times during the playing of the video. If fusional is maintained the demand is increased by moving to the next segment, which varies, from 0 to 8 BO.
