The C-TONI provides a nonbiased, non-motor measure of separate but interrelated reasoning abilities. Six subtest tap abilities in the areas of analogical reasoning, categorization, and sequential reasoning using familiar objects and geometric shapes. It is appropriate for use with persons who may have difficulty with language or fine-motor skills, who may not speak English, who may be deaf, or sho may have neurological impairments. Version 2 includes all new normative data collected in 2007 & 2008.

Administration and Scoring: The C-TONI can be completed easily in one hour. Scoring is objective, quick and simple, yielding three composite scores: Nonverbal Intelligence Quotients, Pictorial Nonverbal Intelligence Quotients, and Geometric Nonverbal Intelligence Quotients. All scores can be reported as standard scores, percentile ranks, and age equivalents. Floor effects have been eliminated.
