A performance of the Kaplan syndrome to prescribe vertical yoked prisms. Test to evaluate the peripheral visual processing and for the diagnosis of the Kaplan syndrome. A rule with a central "O" and two sliding letters, "T" and "P", that move away from the center. The rule has two graduating scales (inches and centimeters) and the letters are printed on the transparent support with reference for that scales. There is a 75 cm string length to fix the distance between the patient and the test.
